Amanda Chay is the founder of Wonderment, a company offering a radically different approach for teaching stress reduction, mindfulness, and enhanced performance through workshops and retreats. Amanda knows the entrepreneurial and corporate world from the inside out. She has over 15 years of experience running national sales teams and leading campaigns. Having recovered her own ill-health, Amanda became passionate about using the knowledge and tools acquired to guide others along this path for self-growth.
Dylan Heneghan graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2022 with degrees in Political Science and Communications. Dylan brings to the table experience gained at an early age from various entrepreneurial ventures, and through his work helping to develop emerging leadership. In his role as North Carolina DECA’s Triad Region Vice President, Dylan promoted the organization and its benefits for the development of emerging leaders across the state. Subsequently, as the Southern Region Vice President for DECA Inc. he was able to extend that reach to serve 225,000 members.
Retired Regional VP at HealthFitness Corporation (subsidiary of Trustmark Insurance) formerly in charge of delivery of all national/international employee wellness and human productivity programs and services at Johnson&Johnson, Inc. (J&J) in conjunction with J&J medical and EAP departments under the J&J Global Corporate Health umbrella internally branded as the “Live For Life” program.
Mr. Raj Narayan is the Associate Director of the William R. Kenan, Jr. Institute for Engineering, Technology & Science at NC State University where he specializes in the commercialization of technology and technology-based economic development programs. Specifically, he is involved with research, extension, and engagement initiatives regarding technology-based business creation and the role of universities, industry, and government in facilitating technology-based economic development. In addition, Mr. Narayan has been involved with leading initiatives to enable cutting edge K-12 science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education and initiatives to promote innovative public policy efforts related to science and technology.
Vinay Raman is the CEO of CAARMO, a Human Behavioral intelligence company that helps leaders understand the emotions of people. Using insights gained from objective data and visualizations, leaders become more effective and their organizations become more productive and profitable while creating greater psychological safety for all. Vinay has degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning but his true passion is more deeply understanding people and what support they need to realize their greatest potential.
